YGH delivered a major renovation of three office towers in downtown Portland. A primary goal of the multi-million dollar facilities improvement was to continue to attract top talent from across the country while meeting the needs of changing workforce generations. Renovated spaces included conference rooms, informal meeting spaces, modernized break rooms and workstations, updated locker rooms, workout facilities, and bicycle storage. The project involved the temporary relocation of Standard employees on multiple floors and in multiple phases in order for business operations to continue unaffected by construction.
This project also included a master planning component for Standard’s Tanasbourne property that allowed for definition of downtown needs.
